Best taxi firm in Walsall! Was booking a taxi over the phone however I was recommended to use the app and I've never looked back. Easy to use and no hassle trying to get in contact with the firm. Also way better than Uber you can pay both cash and card through the app which is brilliant. Drivers are friendly and cars are always clean. Thank you App Carz!!

Prices have shot up this past year with some taxi services going mad and pricing themselves out of the game, in my opinion. But App Carz have kept theirs reasonable in the climate and as long as they do I'll be happy to use them. I agree that using the card payment can be a bit confusing and worrying. That's why we always pay in the car. The one gripe is it says one price on the app but when you phone, its another and also, I detest the practice of charging an extra pound for stopping at an ATM.

App wouldn't accept my card, throwing up numerous errors. Used Uber instead!
App is ok to use but beware of the drivers they use. Always sending incompetent unprofessional drivers who can't grasp the full English speaking language and don't even get out of the taxi to assist disabled passengers who need ramp access. They also send out constant minibuses for one person so they can't exactly have a fleet of reliable Cars ready and instead throw out a 12 seater for a one person 10min journey to work.
Excellent app and service
Cancelled trip on me 3 times then refused to put money back in my account as they said I booked cash not paid on my card. Money was taken out of my account before trip was confirmed
